Kayla and Riley at the service desk are always amazing and the service department is always so fast and clean and understanding and it’s really nice to be able to walk in to a smile to any dealership because most of the time they’re just trying to sell you so it’s nice at the service department is different.

Customer service is lacking. Customer service is worse after the sale. Additionally, after paying over 50K for my car, they would not put on my license plates. The dealership acts as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to buy a vehicle from Reardon Honda of Burien.

Myles was my service provider and he was excellent. He explained the service very well, he kept me well informed by text as to the progress of my service, and the car was ready sooner than I was promised. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Burien Honda to others.

I recently brought my car to Burien Honda for a diagnostic and repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I bought my 2020 Honda Fit off the lot here and have been coming in for regular service and maintenance. I can't say enough nice things about the service staff and transparency. The staff are always attentive and polite; the dealership is well organized and clean. I will definitely go back to them if I need to buy a second vehicle or want to trade up in a few years. Highly Recommended.

Im a long time customer of Honda of Burien, I previously have leased 2 cars + purchased 1 used car through them. I have recommended them to anyone looking to buy or lease a car since my first experience here. I have always found them to be fair, willing to work with me too meet my needs, and quick. I drove past 4 other Honda dealerships today in very high hopes to give my business to Honda of Burien (again), I literally have never purchased another vehicle anywhere else. Service Advisor Brittni did a very good job in getting fog lights shipped and installed. The scheduler did not, in spite of my asking multiple times, ensure parts were at the store at the time of my appt. Brittni coordinated an overnight shipment, and had parts installed the next day. We did have to reschedule our plans, but Brittni did everything she could to minimize the impact.

Excellent communication from service personnel kept me informed about status. Quick action to replace parts on my new Honda Civic Hybrid after warning.

It was my first time to get a vehicle from a dealership. I reached out team after many months of having made inquiries for a different vehicle. The sales and finance team were excellent. A big shout out to Taylor Thomas of sales - who gave us excellent service, and worked with us over two days to get a vehicle. He was professional and patient throughout. Would go back again

It took 4.5 hours, passed on to 4 different people as we negotiated, signed paperwork and drove the car off the lot.
Copies of paperwork had different info on each copy. We were given another clients paper to sign, cost of the vehicle varied on each paper. It was a horrible experience. We would never go back there again.

Excellent communication from service personnel kept me informed about status. Quick action to replace parts on my new Accord after warning.

Manager won’t honor the deal the salesperson makes. Via phone and text we confirmed the deal on a CRV. We get there and the deal changed and the price jumped $1500. Manager said that the deal that was made wasn’t approved and he can’t honor it. Don’t trust the salesperson until you hear the real cost from the manager. We ended up having to spend $800 more than agreed upon but it was still a better price than I got from a competitor.

I found a used car at Honda of Burien that I was interested in. I called and was connected with Gareth De Silva in the sales department. My dealings with Gareth were probably the best experience I ever had with a car salesman. Throughout our discussions he was always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Many times you hear of people having a terrible time with a car dealer. Not for me. I will recommend dealing with Gareth to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

The sales team was very patient and were able to close a deal on a 2023 Honda Ridgeline that has more features than I expected for the price.

I bought my car at this dealership, and since that purchase came with a “lifetime” of free oil changes—actually 20-ish free oil changes—I came here for an oil change the other day. While there, I had them look at a few other things. In short, the service center here is a complete fleecing operation. They tried to charge me $180 to “diagnose” a loose usb port, “about 45-50 minutes of work,” only to tell me it would be an additional $270 to fix, which they couldn’t fix because “the part needed was at least 6 days out”.
