Service team was great, however when I walked into the show room not a single person said hi, asked if I needed help or if I had any questions. Kind of off putting considering I am looking to trade in and get a new car….. definitely won’t be shopping for a vehicle here.

Very disappointed in Burien Honda. Recently purchased CRV and immediately started having issues with stalling. After several trips to the service department, I could get no help and the problem continues.
I’ve been taking my Honda to this dealership’s service department for years, and honestly, I regret trusting them for so long.
A while back, I paid to have my brake fluid changed. Then just six months later, during a routine oil change, they told me the brake fluid was dirty again and needed to be replaced. I let it go at the time, but it never sat right with me. I barely drive since I work from home, so there’s no way it should’ve gotten that bad that quickly.

I have been bringing my CR-V to Rairdon’s Honda of Burien for service for almost six years now, and have always had a great experience, but the level of service provided by Donald on my most recent visit set a new standard. He is an excellent communicator, explained things well and kept me informed at all times. It is clear he has a passion for his job, and has real “people” skills. I had a great experience with Rairdon’s Honda of Burien. From the moment I walked in, Kevin was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I arrived 15min before Appt time>> was checked in. Service Advisor clearly explained coverage of 'protection plan' I chose to add the self-pay Tire Rotation. Job completed: Advisor explained the parts of my invoice, then I was TAKEN to my car (in the Lot with multiple cars like mine!)
Bought my 2020 CR-V here in 2024, and have appreciated their service department ever since, when I’ve needed oil changes. Good folks work there!
I chose this car expecting reliability, but every simple oil change visit turns into unexpected expenses. With only 60k miles and light family use, it’s disappointing to keep hearing something else needs fixing. This pattern feels similar to issues I faced with my previous car, which I had to give up. Sadly, it’s making me question the trust and durability I expected from this brand.

I sent my car to dealer service to check on my steering wheel because it had some weird sound. They checked and found 1 quarter inside my wheel and problem solved after $245

The staff were helpful and professional. I did not feel pressured. They were not pushy. The test drive was easy. I was in and out the door with a new car in two hours.

This dealship sucks, from sales to service advisors beware . They discriminate against customers. Especially the service Advisors. The manager especially service advisors and employees. They all about tricking you . Lying to you about honda warranty because they only work commission. Its such said place they dont care about customers . But if the customer were'nt there they wouldn't exist. Such greed . Like animals. I wonder whats kind of owners run this place dishonest probably to honda brand. Lying at you because they discriminate. They shouldn't be a honda dealer.

I recently purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V Touring from Rairdon's Honda of Burien. It was a terrible experience. I had to pay $4,948.22 for body work and automotive repairs after purchasing the vehicle.
Shortly after purchasing the car, it would not start, and I had to call my insurance company’s roadside assistance to have the battery jump started. Disappointing Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The advertised price did not match the final paperwork, with hidden fees added at the last minute. The staff pressured me to sign quickly instead of addressing my concerns, which made the process stressful and frustrating.

We drove a long way to get there and the car needed a detail and alignment. It was Sunday so I said I would pick it up Thursday. purchased a 2024 BMW X3. Once I purchase purchase, it left a lot. I noticed the tires were mismatched Baldwin in the front new ones in the back. The new ones in the back were not run flats so the car was sold without a jack and without run flat tires and they were mismatched tires. I guess I didn’t think I had to look at the tires when I purchased a car that new That new from a dealership I will not recommend them.

The Service Reps have been friendly & helpful to me every time I've had my 2008 Honda serviced there. They have been good at answering/explaining any questions I've had. Their waiting room is comfortable also.

A call to ensure availability of the desired car was followed by a visit to the dealership for a test drive. The service from this dealership was very helpful and accommodating. Kayla was very friendly and direct. Kayla and Riley at the service desk are always amazing and the service department is always so fast and clean and understanding and it’s really nice to be able to walk in to a smile to any dealership because most of the time they’re just trying to sell you so it’s nice at the service department is different.
Customer service is lacking. Customer service is worse after the sale. Additionally, after paying over 50K for my car, they would not put on my license plates. The dealership acts as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to buy a vehicle from Reardon Honda of Burien.
Myles was my service provider and he was excellent. He explained the service very well, he kept me well informed by text as to the progress of my service, and the car was ready sooner than I was promised. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Burien Honda to others.

I bought my 2020 Honda Fit off the lot here and have been coming in for regular service and maintenance. I can't say enough nice things about the service staff and transparency. The staff are always attentive and polite; the dealership is well organized and clean. I will definitely go back to them if I need to buy a second vehicle or want to trade up in a few years.
