This makes it a great minivan alternative, though Honda’s Odyssey minivan is also a great option for large families. What’s New for the 2024 Model Year?

The Pilot just underwent significant changes for the 2023 model year, so we don’t expect anything major to happen for the 2024 model year. That said, we know Honda is always trying to make their vehicles the best they can be, upgrading them each year with the latest and greatest technology and features. Last year’s changes saw a more muscular design and a new V6 engine.

How Powerful is the Honda Pilot?

That V6 engine is the powerplant under the hood of the Pilot, and we expect it will make its return for the 2024 model year. You can expect a total horsepower output of up to 285 horsepower. The engine is paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

How Much Will the 2024 Pilot Cost?

Pricing details for the 2024 model are currently unavailable. Honda simply hasn’t announced those details yet. That said, we wouldn’t expect the pricing to differ considerably from the 2023 model, which saw a starting MSRP of $35,950 and a top price of $52,030 for a fully equipped Pilot in the highest trim level.
